Cacao & Coconut Bliss Balls


Ingredients

  • 1.5 c Wholegrain Oats
  • 1/2 c Coconut Flour
  • 3 Tbs Natural Peanut Butter
  • 3/4 c Desiccated Coconut
  • 1 Tbs Cacao
  • 1/4 c Honey
  • 2 Tbs Water
  • 4 Medjool Dates

 

Method:

Place all ingredients in the food processor & blend.

The mixture will roll into an estimated 15 balls.

If you require more moisture to allow balls to stick together, simply add more water. Tablespoon by tablespoon until desired consistency.

Place balls into the fridge until hard.
